Judy started her own business when she was just 18, and has since gained considerable business consultancy experience, as well as a track record of senior management roles for food production and retail businesses in both the UK and Australia.

Her background has taught her the importance of customer experience, and she has a passion for helping businesses to become more confident, engaged and successful. Her particular area of expertise is coaching and mentoring, and she has previously been named ‘skills coach of the year’ by LANTRA, a leading training organisation for land-based and environmental industries.

Rhian Huxtable

CX Director Devon & Cornwall

Rhian joined the insight6 franchise after more than 24 years’ experience in the customer service industry. He grew up and studied in South Devon, before embarking on a very successful senior leadership career in a number of industry-leading grocery, health, beauty and pharmacy retail organisations, including Sainsbury’s and Boots.

In the 10 years prior to becoming our partner, he worked in several senior level roles in multi-disciplinary environments, including head of region for the South West and head of the retail operations hub for Boots.

CX Director Surrey & Sussex

Paul joined the insight6 franchise in 2015. He previously worked in the Health & Fitness industry, managing a number of leisure centres across the Sussex area. He first encountered insight6 as one of their clients, and was so impressed with the results, he leapt at a chance to become part of it when an insight6 franchise became available in his area.

Paul’s favourite part of being a CX Director is seeing businesses thrive with our help, and finds watching them implement our suggestions and witnessing their performance soar truly fulfilling. He took over neighbouring Surrey territory in 2023 after its franchisee retired, and has also been the winner of the insight6 Top Performing Franchisee award for two consecutive years.

After 20 years of working with big name brands such as Costa Coffee and JD Wetherspoons, Stuart has extensive experience of large operations teams. He has a passion for creating strong processes with discipline and attention to detail in order to drive both customer and employee engagement.

Stuart has helped numerous business enjoy tangible business growth and strong returns by championing the value of a well-rounded approach to the challenges of customer experience, and brings a great deal of infectious energy and enthusiasm to every project.

Mel brings a real wealth of experience to the insight6 team with a number of years of experience in senior management roles for one of the country’s most well-known garden and leisure companies. She was responsible for overseeing many areas of business development from operational roles to business integration.

Mel’s career experience has taught her just how important it is for businesses to view things through their customer’s eyes in order to drive sales through service in a successful and sustainable way.
